Karen Weber, PharmD, RPh, Named Mercy’s Newest Colleague of the Month

Karen Weber, PharmD, RPh, Mercy's Colleague of the Month for August. 

Known as a team player, Karen is described as a “consistent and reliable pharmacist who exemplifies our values” and focuses on patient safety. In one nomination form, a colleague noted that Karen is a role model and a mentor to the technicians she supervises and the pharmacists who look to her for guidance. Colleagues also appreciate her helpful attitude and willingness to pick up extra shifts, writing that she “always rises to the challenge… and handles these situations with grace. We are lucky to have Karen on our team.”
