She will often extend her template to fit people in and spend time calling patients on the phone personally. Stephanie takes time out of her weekends and days off to review messages and call patients. Stephanie is viewed as an incredible teacher – nurturing, kind and brilliant, who goes above and beyond to make sure patients feel understood and seen. She always takes the time to make sure patients understand exactly what is going on.”
