A member of the Johnson team for the past two years, Kat is known for treating every patient, family member, and colleague with deep respect and compassion. In one nomination form, a colleague credited Kat for her “calm presence and empathetic listening that makes patients feel truly seen and heard, especially during vulnerable moments… she is a tireless champion for our patients, often volunteering extra time to help coordinate services and remove barriers to care.” Colleagues also appreciate her efforts on their behalf noting, Kat “leads with fairness and inclusivity” and she “ensures that every team member's voice is valued.
