Dopp Named Johnson’s Latest Colleague of the Month

The selection for this honor is based on the nominations of fellow colleagues who recognized Stephanie for consistently "exceeding expectations, demonstrating excellence in job performance, and delivering exceptional service."

Stephanie has been a member of the Johnson team for 20 years. Known for her exceptional leadership skills and positive attitude, Stephanie’s efforts during the TogetherCare go-live are particularly noteworthy. In one nomination form, a colleague wrote, “Throughout the project, Stephanie demonstrated remarkable vision, guiding her team with clarity and purpose. Her ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them kept us on track and motivated.” Stephanie has also made a positive impact on her colleagues who credit her for “exemplifying the core values of Johnson by promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.”
