Stacey Urbanowski Named Johnson’s Latest Colleague of the Month

Stacey Urbanowski, Johnson's Colleague of the Month. 

A member of the team at Johnson since 2007, Stacey is known for putting patients at the center of everything she does by treating them with kindness and compassion. In one nomination, a colleague referenced an interaction Stacey had with a caller while serving as the switchboard operator. During the call, Stacey not only reassured the patient telling them “hang in there and things will get better,” but she also made several other calls to the patient’s primary care office and medical records to assist them. According to her colleagues, this is just one example of the helpfulness and care that Stacey demonstrates every day, highlighting why they are grateful to work alongside her.
