Since joining our team about a year ago, Michelle has exemplified exceptional leadership, adaptability, and unwavering dedication to Johnson.

Whenever issues arise, Michelle maintains calm, consistent, and proactive communication throughout the event, ensuring stakeholders are fully informed at every stage. Her ability to collaborate effectively allows for confident decision-making during complex situations, always prioritizing patient safety while safeguarding the facility. Michelle not only coordinates the operational response but is physically present alongside her team, actively assisting in managing conditions and protecting patient care areas.

Colleagues agree that Michelle is “consistently approachable, collaborative, and always willing to support others in any way she can.” Her commitment to teamwork is evident in both everyday interactions and high-pressure situations. For example, during a recent Department of Public Health (DPH) visit, Michelle proactively rounded on units to ensure teams were informed, prepared and supported, demonstrating both foresight and accountability.
