Meghan Riendeau Named Johnson’s Latest Colleague of the Month

Meghan Riendeau, Johnson's Colleague of the Month for July. 

The selection for this honor is based on the nominations of colleagues who recognized Meghan for consistently "exceeding expectations, demonstrating excellence in job performance, and delivering exceptional service."

After serving on Johnson’s phlebotomy team for several years, Meghan transitioned to Occupational Health where she has continued to demonstrate her commitment to quality patient care and service excellence. For example, Meghan recently arranged a meeting with the director of a local orthopedic group to ensure smooth transitions for Johnson patients requiring a higher level of orthopedic care. In one nomination form, a colleague noted that Meghan “implemented drawing lab work in our office to meet the needs of our patients, rather than requiring them to drive to a separate lab… she has been a wonderful addition to our Occupational Health team as well as our Johnson community!”
