A Johnson colleague for more than two years, Nicole is known for advocating for her patients and speaking up for what is in their best interest, no matter what the situation. According to colleagues, Nicole “exemplifies selflessness, integrity, and compassion for her patients, their loved ones, and her co-workers” and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure safety in the Emergency Department. Colleagues also appreciate her skill in providing holistic care to patients at all stages of life. In one nomination form, a colleague wrote, “It is an honor to work with Nicole and watch her interact with patients.”
