Ashley Howarth Named Johnson’s Latest Colleague of the Month

A Respiratory Therapist, Ashley has been selected as Colleague of the Month for March.

Ashley is a valuable member of the Johnson team. Colleagues on the night shift have affectionately nicknamed her “Ash-ulutely" because whenever she is asked for help, regardless of the task, she almost always responds with, “absolutely.” Ashley’s focus is patient safety and colleagues say her kind, soft demeanor helps to bring reassurance to patients when they are in the most critical of situations.” 

Colleagues also appreciate Ashley’s clinical knowledge and skillful efforts in dealing with patients. As one colleague wrote in a nomination form, “I have complete faith and trust when working side-by-side with Ashley, she is always thinking steps ahead and is always prepared.  Ashley is a true asset to our hospital, and I feel so fortunate to work with her.”
