Armelin Named Johnson’s Latest Colleague of the Month

Tony Armelin, Johnson's Colleague of the Month for March. 

The selection for this honor is based on the nominations of fellow colleagues who recognized Tony for consistently "exceeding expectations, demonstrating excellence in job performance, and delivering exceptional service."

Although Tony is responsible for two departments, colleagues say he is always willing to help anyone in need. Described as “professional, kind, and committed to improving Johnson,” Tony is also a resource who provides leaders with a “wealth of knowledge” for and about the hospital. Colleagues also appreciate his steady demeanor. As one colleague wrote, “no matter the challenge, Tony remains calm, solution-focused and ready to step in an assist. His dedication to safety and teamwork does not go unnoticed.” Tony’s efforts have also been invaluable during construction of the S. Prestley and Helen Blake Ambulatory Care Center on Johnson’s Enfield campus.
