Nicole Balkus Named Johnson’s Latest Colleague of the Month

Since joining the Johnson team in 2023, Nicole has won the respect and admiration of colleagues with her hard work and positive attitude. As one colleague wrote in a nomination form, “whether she is cleaning or interacting with patients, families, or co-workers, Nicole always does so professionally and with a smile.” Nicole is also very thorough and committed to her job, checking patient rooms to make sure they are properly cleaned before new patients arrive – an action that supports the delivery of high-quality care and an excellent patient experience. For her part, Nicole says talking with patients and making them feel welcome is “the best part of her job.”
