Kate Ewaldt Named Johnson’s Latest Colleague of the Month

Kate Ewaldt, Johnson Memorial Hospital's Colleague of the Month for January. 

A member of the Johnson team for the past two years, Kate is known for her positive, can-do” attitude and making an extra effort to keep the office running smoothly. In one nomination form, a colleague noted that Kate takes it upon herself to call patients to remind them of their appointments to avoid a “no show” or a cancellation. Colleagues also appreciate her efficiency, saying “she has the therapist's schedules and charts all prepped and reviewed for a few days out” and that she pays close attention to detail. Customer service is also one of Kate’s strong points. Colleagues note her professional and pleasant manner both in person and on the phone, as well as her helpfulness in assisting patients to the door and calling for their rides.
