Saint Francis Hospital’s Karl J. Krapek, Sr. Comprehensive Women’s Health Center has been awarded a three-year term of accreditation in mammography from the American College of Radiology (ACR). The ACR Gold Seal of Accreditation represents the highest level of image quality and patient safety. It is awarded only to facilities meeting specific requirements based on ACR Practice Parameters and Technical Standards after a peer-review valuation by board certified physicians and medical physicists who are experts in the field.

“This impressive accomplishment is a credit to the hard work and dedication of the mammography team,” said Jill Laramee, Mammography Supervisor at the Comprehensive Women’s Health Center. “I want to especially thank Pupinder Jaswal, M.D., for all his support and guidance through this process.”
