Saint Francis Announces Colleague of the Month Winner

Joceline Moise, Housekeeping Aide, has been selected as the November 2023 Colleague of the Month.

Joceline Moise has been selected as the November 2023 Colleague of the Month at Saint Francis. Joceline, a Housekeeping Aide with Environmental Services, is being recognized for her commitment to her colleagues, her team, and the Trinity Health Of New England Mission.

Joceline’s nominating manager wrote that she “is a treasured member of our EVS family and we all feel she embodies our Mission and Core Values.” It was noted that she takes great pride and ownership of her duties and receives nothing but accolades from patients and colleagues. Joceline, who was also named the EVS Employee of the Month in October, was chosen to represent the department and health ministry for a patient experience video project.

Joceline’s nomination also highlighted a story of when she was able to speak with a patient who was worried about their stay. She assured the patient that they were receiving the best care and would be okay. Her manager wrote that her “beautiful gesture to provide compassion made such an impact on the patient, that when that patient discovered that Joceline’s birthday was coming up, they surprised her with an amazing birthday card.” In closing, Joceline’s manager said “we are so proud of her and fortunate she has chosen to work with us!”
