Everson Williams Named Colleague of the Month at Saint Mary’s

Everson Williams, Pathology Assistant in the Laboratory, is the Saint Mary's Hospital August Colleague of the Month.

Everson is a dedicated Pathology Assistant with over 15 years of experience in the Saint Mary’s Laboratory. His commitment to helping others is reflected in his care for patients and colleagues alike. Everson’s nominations highlighted his consistent demonstration of professionalism, reliability, and an unwavering dedication to excellence in every aspect of his work.  “I work with Everson daily; he has volunteered to cross-train in the cytology department to help improve workflow when it was needed most,” shared a colleague.

It was also noted that, “Whether he is preparing specimens, assisting pathologists and lab staff, or reaching out to various departments outside of the lab, Everson’s attention to detail and calm demeanor contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of our lab operations.” 

Everson approaches each task with commitment and pride. Colleagues often comment on his positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to step in wherever needed, often without being asked.
