Colleagues at Saint Mary’s gathered to celebrate the holiday season with the 2023 Holiday Meal Celebration. The Food and Nutrition Services Team worked to create several dishes, including prime rib, chicken marsala, stuffed shells, sides, and delicious desserts.
Hospital leadership and department managers donned aprons and hair nets to serve colleagues lunch and dinner, allowing all colleagues the opportunity to enjoy the special meal. The Holiday Meal was a great opportunity to meet with colleagues and enjoy the season as a hospital family.
Similar holiday meals were also held at Saint Francis and Mount Sinai. Colleagues at Johnson Memorial Hospital and Mercy Medical Center will be treated to holiday meals on Christmas Day. Johnson is having a "grab and go" grinder lunch on Thursday.
