Dr. Ekpo earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital. She has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications and quality improvement initiatives, with research interests including cardiovascular disease, substance use disorders and healthcare quality improvement.
