Colleagues from the Comprehensive Women's Health Center were joined by State Senator Saud Anwar at a press conference announcing the annual PinkLink free mammogram event.

Saint Francis hosted PinkLink on Saturday, October 24, offering free screening mammograms for underinsured and uninsured women at the Karl J. Krapek, Sr. Comprehensive Women’s Health Center. This year, the Comprehensive Women’s Health Center provided 24 mammograms via PinkLink, offering a crucial step in proactive care to members of the community who may otherwise not have access.

These free mammogram events support the Saint Francis Mission to ensure equitable healthcare services for all, regardless of geographic location, socioeconomic circumstances, or insurance status. The program launched in 2012 and in just the last five years, has provided over 400 free mammograms for women in the local community.
