Community organizations and local businesses in the Asylum Hill and Blue Hills neighborhoods came together to host “What’s in Your Neighborhood” sidewalk fairs on Saturday, September 28. The event, held along Asylum Avenue and Woodland Street near Saint Francis and Blue Hills/Tower Avenue and Coventry Street near Mount Sinai, was initiated by the Community Health and Well-Being team. It was designed for community members to rediscover their neighborhoods, meet community organizations that support well-being, and help residents connect with their neighbors. Attendees had the opportunity to explore resources and organizations to help live a healthier and better life while also celebrating the surrounding neighborhoods.
