Your Stories: Saint Francis OB/GYN Residency Program Participates in Statewide Research Day

Ten accepted research abstracts from the Saint Francis program were showcased at the event held at Stamford Hospital, highlighting the exceptional scholarly work and dedication of our residents and faculty mentors.

An additional achievement of the day was two residents – Saadiya Dala, MD, and Owanate Kio-Amieyeofori, MD – earning first place awards in their respective categories. This outstanding accomplishment reflects the strength of the Saint Francis program’s commitment to research, academic excellence, and evidence-based medicine, while showcasing the impact of mentorship and innovation within the residency community.
