Murphy-Cipolla joined Danielle Williams, Ph.D., and Kevin Sheehy, both Forensic Interviewers in Connecticut, for a presentation on interviewing children and preparing for court at Finding Words Connecticut – A ChildFirst State, a premier forensic interview training program for child abuse professionals. The program trains multidisciplinary teams including police, prosecutors and social workers on how to conduct legally sound, trauma-informed interviews. The training was presented by the Governor’s Task Force on Justice for Abused Children in collaboration with the Zero Abuse Project.
