Lauri Santy, BS, MSN, RN, Nurse Manager, Endoscopy at Saint Francis Hospital, was recently honored as the Leader of the Month by the hospital’s Executive Leadership Team. Lauri earned the distinction by being an excellent leader and driving several key initiatives in her department, including Pulse Survey completions and high patient experience scores.
