Today @ Readership Survey: Thank You for Your Feedback!

The Trinity Health Of New England Marketing and Communications team recently invited colleagues to provide feedback on the new colleague-specific news site, Today @ Trinity Health Of New England! The team asked a series of questions, including ‘what type of stories do you find most interesting or valuable?’ and ‘what improvements would you suggest for the site?’

Colleagues who participated in the survey noted they are favorable to the stories featuring each local ministry and the stories highlighting new innovations and improvements. Several colleagues also commented on how much they enjoy seeing the colleague-submitted photos and stories, so keep them coming!

Based on the feedback received specific to areas of improvement, a link to the site has been placed more prominently on the regional Infonet homepage and the team is developing an internal campaign to raise additional awareness of the site and improve accessibility.

Today @ Trinity Health Of New England is a website dedicated to colleague-specific news and highlights from across the region. Launched in September 2023, the development of the site was intended to highlight uplifting, timely colleague and provider stories in an accessible way. The site also provides the colleague community an opportunity to be active participants in content development, through the Submit Your Photos and Submit Your Story features.
