Trinity Health Of New England’s Mission Integration Department is launching a new video series highlighting colleagues from varied disciplines with the intention of sparking inspiration. The video series will roll out, one video per month over the course of the next several months, via email and will be made available on the regional Infonet.
“The purpose of this video series is to hear our colleagues reflect on their call to work and minister at Trinity Health,” said Jerry Galipeau, D. Min, Mission leader, Saint Francis Hospital. “These videos are meant to inspire each of us continually to embrace and enhance our everyday work in Catholic health care.”
Galipeau is spearheading the project alongside his colleagues, Michael Rogers, PhD, Mission Integration Consultant, Mercy Medical Center and Johnson Memorial Hospital, and Stephanie Boccuzzi, M.Div, Mission Leader, Saint Mary’s Hospital, Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group, and Trinity Health Senior Communities.
The first in the series, “Meet Emmett,” follows Food Services Assistant, Emmett McSpadden as he brightens the day of each patient and colleague he encounters.
After watching the video, colleagues are encouraged to provide their own comments about the ways that the featured colleague’s story served as an inspiration or reminder of their calling to be part of a Catholic health care organization. Colleagues may use the comment field located under the video player on the series homepage.
