Mission Integration Video Series Sets out to Inspire
Joceline Moise, Housekeeping Aide, Saint Francis Hospital

Meet Joceline,” the second video in a series launched by Trinity Health Of New England’s Mission Integration Department, highlights the work of Joceline Moise, Housekeeping Aide at Saint Francis Hospital. Known as a strong woman of faith, Joceline embodies Trinity Health’s Core Value of integrity, which states that “we are faithful to who we say we are.”

“The purpose of this video series is to hear our colleagues reflect on their call to work and minister at Trinity Health,” said Jerry Galipeau, D. Min, Mission leader, Saint Francis Hospital. “These videos are meant to inspire each of us continually to embrace and enhance our everyday work in Catholic health care.”

Galipeau spearheaded the project alongside his colleagues, Michael Rogers, PhD, Mission Integration Consultant, Mercy Medical Center and Johnson Memorial Hospital, and Stephanie Boccuzzi, M.Div, Mission Leader, Saint Mary’s Hospital, Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group, and Trinity Health Senior Communities.

Throughout the series dubbed Catholic Health Care for a Reason, colleagues from varied disciplines are featured sharing the backstory of what drives them to serve. The video series, which launched in January 2024, will continue to roll out one video per month over the course of the next several months via email and will be made available on the regional Infonet.

After watching the video, colleagues are encouraged to provide reactions or share their own story behind what calls them to be part of a Catholic health care organization. Colleagues may use the comment field located under the video player on the series homepage.
