Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group’s orientation committee, consisting of Lou Marconi, Jillian Hubeny, Karan Amedeo, Cheryl Fasano and Rita Toole, dedicated months to organize the inaugural live Medical Group orientation that began on April 2.
This extensive effort introduced new colleagues to the organization and facilitated connections among all positions. Participants engaged in various activities, such as learning about the Trinity Health’s Mission and Core Values, meeting executive leaders, undergoing patient experience training, acquainting themselves with leadership behaviors, and exploring ministry services. The event was a resounding success, inspiring enthusiasm among the new colleagues. The committee collaborated with Human Resources partner, June- Ann Garafano, branding committee led by Patrick McCormick and the Patient Experience committee led by Sandra Santos, Mission services was led by Stephanie Boccuzzi, MDiv. The committee delivered a comprehensive full-day program aligned with Trinity Health Of New England’s Mission and Core Values, aimed at acquainting our new colleagues with the organization.
