Trinity Health Of New England colleagues are known for creating meaningful, compassionate connections with patients, families, and visitors. Their goal for every interaction is to leave patients feeling cared for, heard, and valued. And with ICARE, colleagues have the opportunity elevate patient experience to the next level!

ICARE

Calling all colleagues! Complete the ICARE Healthstream course, then submit a photo with your completion certificate, and a caption to answer the question, “why to you care” about providing a positive patient experience.

So, what's ICARE?

ICARE is a simple yet powerful tool to guide colleagues in aligning their actions with Trinity Health Of New England’s Mission, Core Values, and commitment to compassionate care. Key drivers like active listening, courtesy, and teamwork are at the heart of ICARE. To ensure all colleagues are fully informed on best practices to implement ICARE, the Patient Experience team has kicked off a new, required Healthstream course.

Here’s where YOU come in!

Once you complete the Healthstream course, you are invited to have a little fun with it! Print your certificate of completion, snap a photo, and write a brief caption to answer the question “why do you care?” Or better yet, grab your team, take a group picture with your completion certificates, and answer “why do you care?” for the team.

Whether it’s a passion for patient care, a calling to help others, or the teamwork that drives you, share what motivates you! Your photo and caption could be featured on the Today@ Trinity Health Of New England colleague news site for all to see.

How to participate:

Sending in a photo is very simple and only takes a few minutes. You can submit right from your mobile device or just as easily from your computer. Submit your photos to: TrinityHealthOfNE.org/YourPhotos.

All submissions must follow the Trinity Health code of conduct, are reviewed, and go through the appropriate editorial process before being featured on Today @ Trinity Health Of New England. Some submissions may also be featured on Trinity Health Of New England’s social media platforms. Additionally, anyone submitting a photo is asked to thoroughly review the photo authorization release disclaimer included in the form submission landing page.

Celebrate the meaning behind your work by showcasing why you and your team are proud to make a difference in patients’ lives and care for the local community in an impactful, meaningful way.

Ready, set, ICARE!
