Trinity Health Of New England Marks Breast Cancer Awareness Month
September 22, 2025Categories: Events
In the U.S., 1-in-8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. Factors like family history or a previous atypical biopsy can further increase a woman’s risk of developing breast cancer.
Events around the region highlight early detection and offer opportunities to fundraise.
Trinity Health Of New England colleagues around the region will be participating in fundraising, awareness, and free mammogram events throughout October to encourage women to take charge of their health. Early detection and diagnosis are key in reducing the risk of dying from breast cancer.
