In August, Connecticut experienced devastating flooding that caused widespread destruction to homes and businesses. Among the hardest-hit areas was the borough of Naugatuck, where the Trinity Health Of New England Ambulatory Access Center Building at 58 Maple Street suffered significant damage on the first floor which required our Urgent Care and Outpatient Rehabilitation services to temporarily close and for our Lab Draw to be relocated to the 2nd floor to continue to support the Trinity Health Medical Group primary care and specialty practices.
The Naugatuck Ambulatory Access Center Building reopened in November after a devastating flood in August cause widespread damage.
After months of dedicated remediation and restoration efforts, Trinity Health Of New England is pleased to announce the reopening of our Outpatient Rehabilitation services and relocation of our Lab Draw back to the first floor. The Urgent Care services remain closed however we anticipate those services re-opening in the next few weeks.
Throughout the closure, patient services continued uninterrupted, with temporary relocations to alternative sites ensuring continuity of care. We appreciate the operational leadership and all of the support services that came together to make this a successful re-opening.
While the 58 Maple Street location is back in operation, visitors requiring Urgent Care services are directed to the nearest available site at 1312 West Main Street, Waterbury.
