Super Users at Saint Mary’s Hospital and throughout the region are shoulder to shoulder with Trinity Health Of New England colleagues during the first days of go-live. Super Users include those from Trinity Health, HealthRise and Trinity Health Of New England.

Super Users are dispersed throughout clinical units to support colleagues with challenges related to access issues, workflow barriers, and general programming glitches. With the assistance of Super Users, all incidents are being managed in timely fashion.
