The 215th Army Band of the Massachusetts Army National Guard took the stage at Springfield Symphony Hall for a spectacular holiday concert, sponsored by Mercy Medical Center. The annual event drew thousands of people, many of whom filled the main level of the venue. This performance marked the band’s tenth holiday concert at Symphony Hall.

The musical ensemble performed part of the concert in small groups, later coming together on stage to perform popular and festive selections. Concert attendees enjoyed the program that featured a blend of patriotic and holiday music, including favorites such as “Stars and Stripes” and "America the Beautiful," as well as “Sleigh Ride” and “Jingle Bells.”

The musicians that comprise the 215th Army Band are citizen soldiers. They all serve within the Army National Guard two days a month and two continuous weeks each year.
