TogetherCare has been a big win for the Patient Access Department at Johnson Memorial Hospital. By aligning the processes across the region, Johnson’s Patient Access Department now follows the same processes and uses the same forms as all other Trinity Health Of New England hospitals.

According to Stephanie Dopp, Patient Access Supervisor, streamlining the processes is beneficial to both patients and the Patient Access Department as patients will now have the ability to self-register for certain services. “This takes the patient check-in and admission process to a new level because patients have the opportunity to enter most of their information into our system before they even arrive at Johnson,” she said.
