Your Stories: Johnson Memorial Hospital Connects with Enfield Residents

The day provided an opportunity for community members to share their interests, concerns, and questions related to health and wellness. It also allowed the team to highlight the many services available through Johnson and Trinity Health Of New England.

Representing the organization were Johnson’s Michelle Cunha, RN, Nurse Manager in the Emergency Department; Michelle Moeller, MSN, RN, Nurse Educator; Eddie White and Jacob Diogostine, Regional Coordinator, Community Health and Well-Being. Throughout the day, residents expressed interest in a variety of health topics and appreciated the chance to speak directly with members of the hospital team.

"These conversations are important because they help us better understand what people are looking for and how we can connect them with the right resources," said Jacob Diogostine. "It's also a great opportunity to share information about the care and services available close to home."

The visit is part of Johnson's ongoing commitment to building relationships in the communities it serves and ensuring residents are aware of the healthcare resources available to them.

By meeting people where they are, whether at community centers, events, or local gatherings, Johnson continues to strengthen connections and support the health and well-being of the communities it serves.
