As part of an annual community effort that supports local families during the holidays, three carloads of new unwrapped toys were donated by Johnson Memorial Hospital colleagues in support of the 2025 Stafford Holiday Gift Assistance Program.
A portion of the toys collected for Johnson's annual holiday toy drive.
The toy collection was organized by Sue Downs, Engineering Coordinator, who provided a list of requested items for colleagues to pick from when making their donations.
According to Sue, the toy collection has become a much-anticipated annual holiday tradition at Johnson. This year, toy donations included games, dolls, arts and crafts, puzzles, Lego sets and “stuffies.” “Our colleagues look forward to this effort every year and their support and generosity are overwhelming,” she said.
The Stafford Holiday Gift Assistance Program is an annual initiative designed to support local families during the holiday season. The program ensures that all families, regardless of their financial situation, can experience the joy and warmth of the holidays. It provides holiday gifts and essential resources to alleviate the financial burden that often accompanies this time of year.
