New Parking Garage at Saint Francis Eyes Fall Completion Date

Construction on the Frank Capasso & Sons Visitor Parking Garage is progressing, with work now being done on utilities inside the building.

Construction on the Frank Capasso & Sons Visitor Parking Garage at Saint Francis is progressing towards the anticipated completion date of fall 2024. The main structure of precast sections is in place and crews are now working on the inside of the building to install the first utilities of electrical and plumbing systems.

As part of the interior phase of construction, subfloors are being set and the team is running electrical conduits. Electrical Rooms are being established and prepped for finishing once all conduits have been run. In addition, the team is working on the ramp from the first to second floor, which includes prepping and pouring a concrete slab.
