Trinity Health’s dedicated team of TogetherCare colleagues from various regions returned to New England to be an onsite support during wave 9 go-live. The team had been onsite previously to support with template build weekend and appointment conversion efforts. They made their way back to New England to help during the two-week soft go-live leading into the official go-live on November 2, 2024.

TogetherCare Team in Action

Trinity Health TogetherCare colleagues stationed in the Regional Incident Command backed by hundreds of remote colleagues help triage Service Now tickets during Trinity Health Of New England’s go-live week.

Stationed in the Regional Incident Command Center and backed by over a hundred remote colleagues, the team triaged incoming Service Now tickets including those flagging needs related to patient access and registration, ambulatory sites, and laboratory needs. The team was all smiles throughout and thrilled to be part of another successful TogetherCare transition. A special thanks goes out to the Trinity Health TogetherCare team for their diligence and support here in New England!
