Trinity Health Of New England leaders, providers, and colleagues continue to navigate learnings and workflow changes as the region celebrates five successful days of go-live. Preparedness, organization, and accountability are key components that make up a successful go-live, much of which comes during the weeks and months leading into the launch.

Wave 9 TogetherCare Project Manager, Morgan Kosterlitz, MSHI, BSN, RN, PMP, has been instrumental throughout the preparation and first days of TogetherCare go-live in New England. Morgan has been arm-in-arm with regional leadership and Trinity Health Of New England’s TogetherCare Accountable Executive, Syed Hussain, M.D., Senior Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer, as they led go-live readiness sessions, coordinated with Health Informatics leaders, and troubleshooted challenges.

Those who have worked with Morgan on this project emphasize her keen organizational skills and the sense of calm she brings to any challenge. Morgan has played a meaningful role in region readiness to navigate the milestone transition to TogetherCare in a way that ensured patient care continues in the safest, most efficient manner.

Kudos and thank you to Morgan for her guidance and leadership!
