Executive Leadership Teams Connect with Colleagues During Go-Live
November 8, 2024Categories: Organizational Updates
As Trinity Health Of New England went live on TogetherCare, leaders were in full force rounding at locations across the region. Each have been dedicated to checking in on any issues, offering support, and helping address any questions that have come up during go-live.

Members of the Regional Executive Leadership team as well as the Executive Leadership teams representing each Trinity Health Of New England ministry – Johnson Memorial Hospital, Mercy Medical Center, Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital, Saint Francis Hospital, Saint Mary’s Hospital, and the Medical Group — have been visiting various units, departments, and locations to check in throughout the first week of go-live. In many cases, leaders rounded with carts full of treats and goodies, spreading a bit of sweetness to keep spirits high. These small tokens of appreciation are a reminder of the team’s commitment to supporting one another.
The leadership teams are finding that feedback throughout the week has been inspiring: colleagues are rising to the challenge, and the excitement for the potential of the new EMR system is palpable across disciplines. Thus far, TogetherCare has proven to improve workflow efficiency, enhance patient care, and streamline documentation across many departments.
In addition to rounding, leaders are also ensuring that everyone has the tools and resources needed, addressing questions in real-time, and troubleshooting with the support of the TogetherCare implementation team of experts.
Congratulations to everyone involved in making this launch a success. From the team members working tirelessly to ensure system readiness to those rounding with support and encouragement, keep up the great work!
