This specialized team integrates health care and technology to manage and organize health data, with the goal of improving patient care and safety. From designing workflows that align with clinical needs to ensuring the security and accuracy of data, the Health Informatics team is an essential link between clinicians and the digital tools that support them.
Throughout the journey to go-live, the Health Informatics team engaged in extensive planning, training, and coordination efforts to prepare every department for the transition. Throughout go-live they have remained arm-in-arm with leaders and clinical teams addressing questions in real-time and making adjustments as needed to ensure a seamless adoption process.
Congratulations to the entire Health Informatics team and their leaders! Their expertise not only helped to ensure a successful TogetherCare go-live but also laid the groundwork for a more connected, efficient, and patient-centered future throughout Trinity Health Of New England.
